Shipping information
We ship via a local courier company for orders within Singapore. We usually send your items the same day we receive your order or up to a maximum of 2 working days later. There will be a SGD$10 shipping fee added to your total bill. All prices stated in the website when you choose to display the prices in Singapore Dollars include 7% GST (goods and service tax).
If you are ordering from outside of Singapore, you need not pay the GST (Goods and Service Tax). Accordingly, the prices stated in Euro and US Dollar do not include GST.
The customer is responsible for any custom duties charged by his home country. Please note that in most countries, duties are payable on the total value of the shipment, inclusive of both the cost of the goods and shipping.
We ship by EMS within the Asian regions and by UPS outside of Asia. There will be a maximum US$30 shipping fee to your total bill when we ship overseas, if your package is 1kg or less.
Tracking
When ordering, please provide your email address so we can send you an email notification with your orders tracking number and instructions.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is not currently in stock, we will let you know when we expect a restock and ask you how to proceed. We can hold your order until all items are available or send what we have. We regret that we are unable to accept back orders for out-of-stock items from countries outside of Singapore.
Returns
If you should for any reason wish to return a product, kindly e-mail us before doing so then send it with a shipper of your choice within 30 days upon receipt. The return postage will be borne by the sender. Both shipping costs and return postage are not refundable on orders from outside of Singapore. Goods made or supplied to a special order and used goods cannot be returned. Any bank charges arising out of repayment will be payable by the customer. Returns must be in brand-new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included. No credit will be given for items returned after 30 days or not in a condition fit for resale with all packing material included.
Payment policy
We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments will be processed through PayPal.
